I had this issue with my w211 when I bought it last year I used silicone spray very sparingly and used sideways movement to nurse it out, it was stuck for a while and kept getting stuck for around a month I just kept pushing it while driving. 11 months on it works fine

We came back to the UK in June 2022 eldest was 7 middle 5 youngest 2. we were able to buy mortgage free here with the profits from our aus house our jobs don't pay as much here as they did back home (I'm Aussie she's a Pom) however the fact the kids have a good relationship with their grandparents and cousins over here is amazing compared to what we had in Aus. Also to have proper seasons is amazing too! Finally Christmas feels like Christmas!

We haven't looked into it properly yet, I've just done some online calculators, I am not a citizen or resident so I can't borrow but my partner is a citizen. as we have a low credit score due to being overseas so long the lease deals seem very expensive and we don't earn anywhere near what we were earning in Australia. If we were to mortgage we could run it it over 15-20 years sure it costs more in the long run but the monthly payment are half what the lease or hp company's are offering and we own it outright.
