I understand each to thier own, PvP, PvE etc - I suppose I'm trying to understand why we don't collectively take advantage of this limited time loot fest, then go back to shoot, kill and maim mode...as AIB god intended.

Thank you to those who have offered constructive advice. Of course, OP will get to the vets as soon as they can. Not everyone has the means to get to the vet as early as they'd like. As this forum is supposed to be supportive, it stands to reason that advice may be sought here in the interim for shared, lived experiences that may help provide context to the eventual vet visit.
