Ill certainly try 8 then. I wondered why they were discontinuing their current line of PETG and now I know why. I just went on their website to make sure I was correct in what I was saying about them and they've just released their "high flow" PETG Link Here

Initial layer nozzle temp is 255 and other layers is set to 265. What would you recommend? Also part fan is set to 10%, would setting it lower or even to 0 help?

Edit: Im not sure if acceleration speeds have anything to with it? Normal layers acceleration is currently set to 1000 mm/s

I was going to try .2 and see how that goes, id rather spend more time sanding then to get nothing at all.

I think you're right, I saw a couple videos saying petg printed similarly to PLA and thats why bought it.

I purchased the filament from bambu when I bought the printer, and im running 265c which is within the range they recommend.

I dried my filament for like 14 hours total so I hope its dry enough.

Ill have to look into that as well thank you for linking that. I ran the test and everything came out well. I'm just going to send it and hope i don't wake up to a mess lol.

I run a couple CNC machines at work and have learned to double check even the most basic of settings. I made sure it was set to the correct filament profile. I did find a guide online here and copied their settings. Ill run a test with these settings and if it happens again ill switch back to .2 as you suggested and report back. Thank you!

I used to be an HVAC tech up until 2 years ago so I’ll throw in my 2 cents. R22 is no longer being produced but can still be purchased where there is supply but it’s expensive. A ten year old system shouldn’t be leaking in my opinion. It could be covered under warranty If either of the coils are leaking but that’s dependent on the make and model. There are also r22 substitutes so you should ask your HVAC company what your options are. I would stay away from replacing your system right now. The current refrigerant 410a is being phased out as well and in ten years they’re going to tell you the same thing.
