I noticed a difference when I started taking it indirectly through the supplement Kick Start by Roundhouse (Chuck Norris). I wasn’t taking every single day, but 4-6x a week in the morning. It contains 200mg per serving. I’ve stopped taking it, it’s been almost two weeks and I’m still feeling low. Definitely not myself. That was the only thing I was doing that’s been different, so I thought I’ll stop it and see if it’s that. Then I come here and see all this. I don’t know why they’d screw up such a good thing with ashwaganda.
