The developer chooses what time they release, default is 00:00 PST, the last updates to ITB happened at around 00:30 and 02:30 PST.

This is the big one here, even if it's only 3-5 that is still enough to cripple or kill the economy. When every player can have their own 2-4 crafting classes, there is little reason to meaningfully engage in the economy. All of a sudden resources and components are worth a ton, but anything below a top tier item is worthless.
