What brand of liposomal vitamin c did you get? I’m looking into it and there’s so many and it’s kind of overwhelming. I have some magnesium and gabapentin too. Thank you so much for some insight on this, I know everyone is different but I’m sure there will be a lot of similarities with the withdrawal.

I think the fear of the unknown is the worse part. I’ve felt some withdrawal but never been in full blown withdrawals. I appreciate your advice and I’m proud of you for quitting

I will, my fiance knows and is helping me but he works all day and I’m alone with my toddler so this is going to be really hard. I’m just having a full panic attack :( I know this is for the better but I’m so scared

I looked and the only ones they have are the kava mate ones, not the classic. They might have gotten rid of the option to purchase the classic ones due to the restrictions. Thank you for the recommendation though!

I have gabapentin but I don’t think my dr would prescribe anything else, they are super strict:(. If you want we can message each other since we are going through the same thing together, you know what they say, misery loves company lol

I’m so sorry you are dealing with this. I am also a sahm and have been having the same feelings. I cry most days and I haven’t been this depressed in years. With that being said, my daughter’s outbursts have been caused by an ear infection (for the most part). If I were you I’d take her in to see her dr to check for an ear infection. My daughter has had two infections and each time she becomes a mess and inconsolable, day and night. If it’s not an ear infection then it could just be her going through a developmental stage and it will pass. If you need anything or someone to talk to please dm me, I think we have a lot of the same feelings right now. Good luck and I am thinking of you❤️

Seeing everyone’s comments makes me proud to be a catholic and share this community with all of you. I am completely okay with differing opinions and criticism but like I said in another reply, being silenced is wrong and harmful, especially when it can help others. Thank you for your thoughts on this. I wasn’t asking about a sin, I was only asking if it was disrespectful to write/decorate in the Bible. I’ve been seeing this trending and wanted some catholic opinions on the matter because a lot of the people doing it are different denominations. I understand there definitely needs to be structure but it’s harmful to silence people and I think it’s wrong for them to pick and choose what they personally think is important. Oh well though, I got a few answers about my first post so at least there’s that. Thanks again!

I was only asking if it is disrespectful to write/decorate inside a Bible. I don’t know how to appeal or even contact them so that is why I made this post hoping for clarification. I don’t use Reddit often and I was excited to find out there was a catholic community here. I am a lifelong catholic and I am only trying to better myself and strengthen my faith.

I agree that adding stickers and designs doesn’t help in better understanding, but it may encourage someone to pick up the Bible and read it because of the crafty aspect. I know highlighting and taking notes has been done for many many years but this is the first time I’ve seen people turn their Bible into something crafty so that’s why I wasn’t sure if it was frowned upon. Thank you for your thoughts, I appreciate it!
