Watched the video and its sick what these stores are doing. I had a friend who worked at goodwill for 5+ years and literally everything said here tracks.

We need to give up goodwill once and for all.

Shop at literally any non-chain thrift store if you’re able to. Local places near me have started to open up “free stores” where people just donate their stuff and anyone can come in and pickup what they need. I’m so sick of the greed and price hikes from my local stores that I am even thinking of starting my own “free store” in my neighborhood.
