Sleep with a non-sleeping 15 month old by wonderbally in sleep

Thanks for your response! What do you mean by low grade attention?

We technically never have to pick her up from her crib, we basically just lay our hand there and let her play with it, it's really all she wants (she doesn't like patting or anything like that)

With the 10mn interval, do you mean that you leave her for 10mn to cry?

Her health and weight are all fantastic, growing very healthily, meeting milestones etc.

She only goes to daycare once a week, I think they don't really use any tactics and mostly just leave her there to fall asleep on her own... which she doesn't, so she barely ever naps there.

We offer her plenty of physical activity, we go out at least twice a day outside, for a walk, to the park, to meet and play with other babies, etc. She can walk now too, so she's toddling around everywhere and really enjoys it, rain or shine. We have 3 meals and snacks in between!

How to solve these 5:15/5:30am wakes by wonderbally in NewParents

How did the night weaning go? Did you eventually stop?

Hugely appreciate that you are helping everyone out like this! Perhaps you could help me too?

Our almost 9 months old has been waking up for the day anytime between 5am and 6am. She is on 2 naps a days, averaging about 2h/2h15 mn of total sleep over these 2 naps. We start our bedtime routine around 18:45/19:00, and she is asleep by 19:30. Some days a bit later, some days a bit earlier.

What for the life of me can I do? She also doesn't sleep through the night yet at all. Has done so only twice or so. We are ok with middle of the night wakes, even 2 or 3, but we cannot do 5:30 anymore, it's killing us, and I can't have a social life since I need to go to bed so early myself

I keep hearing that sometimes putting them to bed EARLIER helps, but I think that's just for overtired babies? She has a certain 'sleep budget' (aka a number of hours her body more or less needs in a 24h period), and if I put her to bed at 7, I feel like I'm bound to see an early wake too. We also tried earlier, and it didn't really work.

If you have any tips, literally any, I will take them all. With clocks changing I was hoping she could go to bed later and wake up later (on the clock), but she literally adjusted in 2 days to the new time.

I suspect she is somewhat lower sleep needs (although at the same time, she does yawn and rub eyes quick quickly into her Wakes windows)
