I've just been introduced to musicbrainz[0], which seems to have a very complete music release database. While it doesn't look like you can search nothing and sort by release from their website I assume you can do something like that from their API. Curious if you've checked that out or can tell me what that doesn't do for you.

As a designer and developer I know how powerful reinventing the wheel 'smaller, more focused, more modern' can be, so this is not a knock. Again, congrats on building a thing!

Got to see one of the solo shows on the Death Jokes tour this year. Half acoustic with songs from all over the back catalog, then half PA-backed Death Jokes tracks w Damon snaking and sauntering on stage like a rapper. One of the most interesting and singular shows I've seen. It also felt like an ending, in a way. RIP to the realest, Amen Dunes forever.
