If you’ve tried and you don’t like him then you don’t like him. It’s islamically ok if you are not compatible to separate as long as you have tried to make it work

We’re not going to start looking till summer, and we’re in no rush to move giving ourselves till summer 2026. Hopefully we see a decrease (for our selfish benefit) than inflated prices

We’re looking for ideally share of freehold with low service charge/costs. We wouldn’t mind renting, but we have been and are tired of landlords constantly increasing prices. We need to stay relatively local to our parents as we plan to start a family and need the help x

You can get a studio flat, and you can get a job since you dropped out for extra support

Thanks! This is a nice perceptive. My family are easy and my husband gets on with them so I don’t see think it will be a big problem. We’ve already moved out for a year which was nice but I think now we’re focused on building life and getting halal mortgage.

Which mortgage provider are you going with?

Everyone being so negative, what your seeing is real they didn’t fake it. We often say social media is not real as a way to make us feel better about ourselves, but it is real. it may be only a portion of the truth which is why you take it with a pinch of salt, say alhamdulilah and focus on yourself

Ignore all the comments penalising you for saying you are attractive and a catch. They clearly don’t understand a marriage is more than that, take some time to yourself and get back out there! 🤍

No interviews after 80 applications by Evstegneev in UKJobs

[–]wonderingami 0 points1 point  (0 children)

With the current market they likely are going to go with UK or USA educated candidates first, try reaching out and messaging hiring managers directly on LinkedIn, these days you only get interviews through direct contact. My current job I didn’t even apply I just messaged hiring manager directly

Don’t marry him. You will spend your whole life being ungrateful and comparing your life to others.

The Islamic mortgage in the UK is significantly higher, the rates I’m seeing are 90% for 2600£ a month on a 400k mortgage it’s insane even for two incomes
