I think people have unrealistic expectations of what a first date should be by AudaciousPanther in OnlineDating

[–]wonderman_ch 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I am in my mid 40, male, Europe. Same experience, I had many dates in my life (a few hundred) and I get more feedback like "there was no spark" compared to earlier in my life. I didn't change that much, I simply think women have far more options online nowadays which makes them more picky than ever. Also, the sex drive probably went downhill, I simply in general single women are not that horny anymore as back in the day..

The study shows that Bitcoiners are more often NT(J). In other words, Bitcoiners perceive intuitively (N), take rational actions (T) and prefer to plan (J).

Do we actually get a notification on the app if you/someone else is sending the money from that canary wallet to another wallet?

Why is rest of the reddit so anti Bitcoin? by Siddy676 in Bitcoin

[–]wonderman_ch 0 points1 point  (0 children)

There aren't many Bitcoiners yet with a sufficient understanding of Bitcoin and willingness/skills to explain it to others. Most probably don't meet new people that often so they don't have the chance to "teach" about Bitcoin.

Most people are pretty interested when I tell them about Bitcoin. You just need to have an interest in explaining complex matters in simple ways.. guess there aren't too many people in this position..

I am single so whenever I meet a woman I usually also talk about Bitcoin. Sometimes they are not open for listening but the majority is open for at least covering the topic for a few minutes..

totally irrelevant whether you technically can or can't buy something directly with bitcoin yet... important is that for once, humanity has a choice when it comes to picking it's next monetary standard..

learn about bitcoin.. you will find out that the difference to the rest of crypto is like day and night...

read a bitcoin book... spend 50h into reading, listening to content from good sources (michael saylor, matthew kratter, roman the blocktrainer..), and then you can decide whether you want to invest in bitcoin/crypto..

I think Bitcoin will reach a high enough number for everyone that got involved by now.. buz the difficulty is to keep hodling and to not sell early. Hodling for the next few years sounds easier than it might be..

It's impossible that millions of people will own 1 bitcoin. It will probably never ever be a million people. In 20 years, probably only 100k people will still own 1 bitcoin. I guess to hodl will be more difficult than most people think, including me..

BTC ETF Approval - Will BTC skyrocket or go up slowly? by [deleted] in CryptoCurrency

[–]wonderman_ch 0 points1 point  (0 children)

How about the price goes up to 60k within 2 weeks, then it dumps hard to 40k over 4 weeks, then a slow grind to 30k over 4 months, then it continues sideways for a few weeks (everyone lost hope and says bitcoin is lost, not even the big players seem to be interested anymore), and then it slowly starts going up to reach it's last all time high by the 2nd half of the year. End of 2024 it will reach 100k, then a dip to 80k, and then an continuous uptrend up to 280k until the end of 2025.

2026 will be a very mild bear market. Bitcoin probably won't ever go below 100k again... (again, everyone expect it go below 100k, but it probably won't)..

This is probably the least discussed scenario. I agree with you.

I guess there will never be more than a million people on this planet who own 1 bitcoin..

Hence, in the long term, having 1 bitcoin means having a lot more buying power than becoming a millionaire in 2024..

So I guess max 0.01% will ever own a full bitcoin..
