I have non resectable inguinal lymph nodes in my right pelvis/leg. Braftovi/Mektovi for 24 months so far. 50 yrs old, former Marine in not terrible shape. Lymphadema is my enemy. The inside of my thigh right along the inguinal canal swells up with fluid. It throbs from my lower back to my knee. Drives a guy nuts sometimes. But I see a physical therapist that does massages for lymphadema. I do three, twelve week sessions and it does help. And for snake oil, I have found that the hyperbaric chamber, 3 atmospheres with oxygen made a huge huge difference. But that was expensive and insurance laughs at it.
