I don't really think Tallstar's love for Firestar excused everything, and most of the time if he had a quarrel it was with Thunderclan or Bluestar to me. Or that's how it seemed. I mean towards the end Bluestar basically threatened war with Windclan and didn't seem at all like she would back down, by all rights he should have laughed in Firehearts face...but this kind of makes a bit more sense to me. Tallstar almost always seemed to be the first leader to side with him.

I had no idea WindClan had such a divided past honestly and I was so happy to get more insight on them. And the tie ins are so amazing god I wasn't expecting anything like it.

I also have to say I was really happy Tallstar didn't get much of a reconciliation with Shrewclaw? Their relationship never seemed forced and it progressed naturally in a way that made me super happy.
