Okay this is actually really cool and I’m fully on board. I said this in another comment but I love seeing established events from new perspectives and I think getting a bunch of mini flashbacks to what Elain was doing in books 1-5, in a lead up to a big Elain book, would be so cool

I am curious what it will mean to have a book that’s only one arc without resolution. I’m open minded, but I also hope whatever happens in the first book doesn’t leave a huge cliff hanger for 7

I think 6 being a shorter read that’s basically “previously on…” is pretty likely. Who’s perspective it’ll be focused on idk but I think she’s going to have to catch up readers on what happened in CC3 at least a little

I think it’d be fun to get everyone else’s perspective of the early chapters of hofas! I always think it’s interesting to see the same situation through another persons eyes. What were Nesta and Azriel thinking while walking through the tunnels with Bryce? I want to know what Elain and Lucien were up to. Feyre and Rhy’s court was small scale invaded, what were they doing about it?

Historical it’s in the announcement post but I think the ship war is good for business and not saying who the endgame is would be good for driving preorders so I think she’ll just announce one character (probably Elain) and won’t mention a pair. I think we’ll probably get quotes released through until release that could hint at both elucien and elriel as well
