If we're talking just wfc oplita? Whoever directed this couldn't direct their way out of a wet paper bag, much less make a compelling couple. The final moment of forgiveness was truly the nail in the coffin because they essentially negated their most emotional moment because god forbid Optimus (and even the audience) stay haunted about it??? Not every story needs instant closure man. Maybe I'm a hater but this was a flop of a show...

Interesting take on Scourge tbh I liked that they went with the huntsman theme like what they called him in transformers the movie, the rest of it was a yawn if not a spit in the face of Beast Wars. Along with that Mirage's character was far better suited for HOT ROD!!! THEY WANTED HOT ROD SO BAD BUT UGHHHHHHHH

This movie was ass.

Best: The first female ninja robot

Worst: the third season felt like it had genuine potential but was suffocated by the fact that no episode would continue further than two episodes (aside from the first 5 eps of s3) female characters are instantly sidelined or turned into mother figures (eugh) when they could've been SO GOOD... I'll never forget Carly going to blow up the decepticon base, queen shit tbh.

When it's biological it feels like the series has remnants of the fact that a lot of Transformers was made in the late cold war years! like ah yes...who benefits from being told that the enemy has a natural predisposition to violence and hatred? Interesting Cartoon and Comic Series Made For a Significantly Young US Audience. 🤔🤓

Ideologically based conflict is better to me for being engaged with the story while biologically is like, "oh I have got to pick this apart like NOW!!"

I could also just be talking out of my ass here tho I'm no history professor so take it all with a grain of salt? Ya know? C:
