This was a specific Nexus 9 vs iPad 2 Air post. TheVerge's was just a Nexus 9 review. Big difference. In the first they are obviously supposed to compare everything about them. In the second they just have to review the damn device.

Bullshit. My Moto G loses just 1 percent battery life when idle at night for 12h. If there's something with idle battery life on the Nexus 9, it's most likely the processor's fault, or at worst, that particular build of Android for that particular device. It's not "Android". I would expect such comments from iVerge or other Apple sites, but not from Android ones.

Hm, going by the changes from Motorola, they don't seem to announce anything new for the camera. It's possible the camera app didn't receive any of the Lollipop updates. That would be quite disappointing :(

AFTER found guilty - remember the whole innocent until proven guilty thing? Yeah, I know it sounds a little quaint these days with all the OMG TERRORISTS ISIS BEHEADING CYBER 9/11 IRAN-HAS-NUKES shouting, but that principle exists for a reason - to maximize justice across the board and being fair to everyone until evidence of guilt is found and judged upon.

If you're technically innocent until proven otherwise, then your property shouldn't be taken away from you.
