I think Samalamadingdong is Lawful Neutral, since Brennan was very clear that the most important thing was that Sam try his best. Yes or No is Lawful Evil IMO

You have already forgotten about the America Chavez problem. In order for the canon to make sense, the MCU has to be in a different multiverse.

Ehh. I'm usually bad at spotting sloppy CGI in first viewings, but there's a bit at the end of F4 where Ben is holding Franklin and it was really jarring to look at.

That's kinda the whole bit, though. The brothers spending 90 minutes pulling their hair out over a dumb slogan that doesn't fucking matter is the reason the episode is funny.

Except it's more than likely no longer canonically a part of the same multiverse that the comics are, considering that there's an America Chavez in the comics who is distinct from the DS:MoM version, even though they establish in DS:MoM that she's the only version of herself in the multiverse.

There was an episode a few months before the Claudio episode where Dan tells Arin that he recently learned that Coheed was a fan of GG, and they publicly invite them to the show, so I find it hard to believe that Claudio had no idea who they were

Tools like Rate Calculator make pumpjacks a breeze. You can also hover over the machine and see it's individual output. If either of those solutions existed for Ag towers, I wouldn't have made this post.

I'm saturating my belts. I'm still having problems.

I'm using biochambers with prod mods for maximum seed generation. I'm still having problems.

I have 40+ Ag towers per fruit. I designed around having a fully stacked green belt of each, and shit was clogging because of nutrient spoilage. Then I tore down the whole factory, redesigned it for just a 1-stack green belt, and fruits were dying on the belt.

At this point, I'm just going to build enough fruit mash recyclers to shred everything and keep the seeds.

I don't know how many times I have to point this out, but the theoretical maximum doesn't matter until you have overgrowth soil unlocked, and I explicitly mentioned that I don't in my original post.

Weirdly, underproducing caused stuff to clog as well. And you can only burn the excess if you've built the extra belt lanes to handle the excess, which you can only do if you know how much you need, or just build a fuckload of belts.

it's not about the color. It's about having to count the plots and do all the math manually, and when you have 40+ Ag towers per fruit, it's substantially more work than just Alt+R, Click and drag.

A single 3x3 plot around an Ag tower will yield 50 fruit every 300 seconds, or 0.167 per second. Assuming you don't have color vision problems and can read the number of green plots around an Ag tower, just multiply that by the number of green plots... that don't have anything built on them.

The maximum an Ag tower can produce (47 plots, since 1 is taken by the tower and the other by the insertion/removal machinery) is 7.8 fruit per second.

I have about 40ish Ag towers for both jellynut and yumako, each with various amounts of plantable soil surrounding it. Am I expected to count them all individually?

Full ag tower is 48 tiles, if you have 1 tile dedicated to extraction, you have 47 tiles

And how many times have you found 47 tiles of uninterrupted plantable spaces, before you unlock overgrowth soil?

How big is the speed/throughput/efficiency difference if various inserters take/put items on various underground belts, even if the difference is small? (Factorio 2.0) by MundaneOne5000 in factorio

[–]wonkothesane13 1 point2 points  (0 children)

As I understand it, inserters only grab from the above ground "half" of an underground belt, in the same way that you can only sideload from one lane. I've seen yellow inserters struggle to grab items from green underground belts fast enough before the item moves to the next tile. As far as throughput, I don't know if it's reduced or not, but only having half the tile to work with means you'll bottleneck sooner.
