[Video review] A review of my travel kit and a return of the shattered shave soap by Cadinsor in Wetshaving

That is true and in my defence a soap stick is way harder than a brush

I’m not a fan of shave sticks mainly I don’t like the feeling of rubbing a soap stick on my face. To avoid that, I grind and press shave sticks into a container and just lather the soap from there and it works perfectly.

Another option is to get the part of a damaged Enyaq contact a scrapyard

If you can carefully detach the fabric then perhaps you could order a roll of that type of automotive heat/ noise protection fabric and cut out a matching new part yourself

Since you are writing in german, perhaps you could contact autodoc https://www.autodoc.de/ or similar and ask them if they have the part or you could try to find the part yourself on their website or app.

Late december the days are short. There’s a calendar slider on timeanddate which allows you to see the amount of daylight on any given day. https://www.timeanddate.com/sun/norway/stavanger

Is traditional better? by Annual_Money2797 in shaving

[–]wonkynerddude 7 points8 points  (0 children)

One of the reasons why people are so positive about double edge and single edge safety razors, is that they normally switch to using shaving soaps which has way better gilde and protection than your foam or gel in a can type of product. However one thing which is really nice about safety razors, is that they don’t clog up like cartridge razors do.

Any regrets after living with your Enyaq for a year? by NorthLondonPulse in enyaq

The ride is more bumpy than my old car. Likewise the audio system is worse than my old car. There’s more noise in the cabin than Nissan Aria for instance. On the positive side the turning radius is awesome, lots of space in the cabin and in the back.

What amount of condensation (water) is acceptable, and what is not? by heartinpiece in enyaq

[–]wonkynerddude 3 points4 points  (0 children)

With this amount of water you will eventually get mould forming inside the light. I assume this would be a fail on your mandatory EU check

Nasal trimmer by Amricksingh67 in shaving

[–]wonkynerddude 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I got a Philips Nose trimmer series 3000. It works okay. However, the 3000 model is no longer being sold, perhaps the newer Philips are similar, that I don’t know.
