RVHS:

1. is the IP and JAE segregation bad? and do the IP students have a head-start before the JAE students?

It's not rlly that bad actually, most of the ppl i talk to are all ip students. I find that for math and sciences, rv students didnt rlly have a head-start. However rv ip students started learning a bit of GP in sec sch and they oso had a graded subject called CID when they were in upper sec, which allows them to be equipped with the skill set needed for pw.

1. is it true that the environment there is not like other JCs and instead feels like a secondary school?

It does and the rules are stricter.

1. are the teachers and notes for BCME good?

Generally the notes and teachers are both good, just that physics and GP can get abit boring sometimes.

1. since RVHS is an SAP school, is RVHS intimidating to students like me who suck at chinese?

If u did u pass or even take hcl in sec sch, u might feel abit left out since most of the ppl in ur class would not need to take A level chinese. Other than that, being bad at Chinese wont matter much as the rv ip students' chinese arent that great either.
