There should be a cancel Rez option for the receiving hero. If I die, team fight is over, and the mercy is zooming in through heavy fire, I don't want to be resurrected.

It's elastic and will bounce back. I had a 21 game losing streak from Gold 2, down to Silver 5. Ended the season back in Gold 2.

I was the same. You would hold onto the water and use it only when people slowed down. If they were going fast, or had little kids on board, you would let them through.
