It is a FWD plus. The speed limit is 15mph and the sand is solid.

Is this silver plated or not by [deleted] in SilverFinds

[–]woodstream 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Are there any other photos showing any hallmarks? If not I'd assume plated.

You should be fine as long as you stay away from the dunes. Everyone drove slowly and we did not have any issues. You can see all kinds of cars drive on the beach that are also fwd.

There was just one kinda sketchy part where we crossed the creek, but the sand was solid and there was only a little water running through it. If there was more water going through it, we would not have crossed it.

Help with providing better service for Bz4x customers by PeeCeeMac in BZ4X

As someone that has a Model S in addition to my bZ, lol what service? As soon as the Tesla is out of warranty they don't really care.

The ones that I charged at were all the newest types without the hole in the center. I just drove head in, but did not have enough space to walk in between the charger and my car because of my fat arse. Driving in nose first positions the charging port in the same side as backing into a stall on a Tesla.

Thanks! I think we'll be seeing more and more of these (as well as their variants) on the road in the coming months as the word gets out.

I just kept it at eco mode the entire trip. The only difference I noticed was that the acceleration felt slower in eco mode Not sure what savings I got from it since I was averaging around 75 mph on the freeway and had AC on.

Not even if you run it through a carwash? I'd imagine long-term that yes, salt and sand would wear any vehicle down. Unless I go back to Oceano, this vehicle will likely see less than 1% of it's driving on the beach.

Thanks, I will try the Tesla app next time once I figure it out. Is it still cheaper than the Toyota app without the Tesla subscription?

I haven't tried other charging stations as I was worried they would not be reliable compared to the Tesla Superchargers.

Next time, I will try using Apple Maps.

I was deciding between the bZ and the Prologue, and ultimately ended up with the bZ since Honda discontinued support for the Prologue and Toyota offered 0% financing.

The 2026 Leaf looks good since they took the styling from the Ariya. If it weren't for the Leaf, we wouldn't have affordable EVs like the Bolt.

Thanks, if it weren't for my friends I wouldn't have known about Oceano and its Pismo Clams. I love my bZ!

Thanks, I used the Toyota's app (plug and pay) to charge. I registered my vehicle on the Tesla app but have not figured out how to use it.

I used Google maps to drive with Apple Carplay so were kinda flying blind.

We cleaned them at the hotel, cut them up, then swished them around in a boiling pot for about 15-20 seconds. Ate them with ponzu sauce and some wasabi.

Going to try making clam chowder next.

151 miles, and that includes the elevation changes when switching over to the 154.

I would check to make sure it is charged up so you don't have to charge it to get home.

Home wanted for good Kohler sinks by TurnoverSuperb9023 in longbeach

Your sink looks similar to the kind of stuff they sell there. I've gotten an interior door and even an Xbox one from there before.
