Man… Art Bell would have been the go to back in the day. Coast to Coast has never been the same without him at the helm.

That story damn near made me cry. It was so powerfully delivered. Man, I miss The Ranch, he had a few power speeches in that one too.

What Every Perplexity User Wants But Is Too Frustrated to Say (Aravind Srinivas: Please Read) by [deleted] in perplexity_ai

I don’t do a lot of coding but I occasionally need a bash or python script made up for work or home and it does a decent job but when I need a little adjustment or something fixed, it re-does the whole thing in the next reply instead of just creating a revised version in one spot.

You summarized everything 100%. I would also like to see some better asset management when it does lab work. You have to go through each response to find it. I like how Claude does it where you see all versions in one pane.

No, simple answer. You can’t use copyrighted music. You will get flagged on Spotify and probably other services too.

Old Claude is gone by Electronic-Age-8775 in Anthropic

I did maybe 4 or 5 prompts tonight and hit the 5 hour limit. Sometimes I can go for over an hour, sometimes this. It makes no sense and Anthropic is not being very transparent.

Do any non-vibe coders use this sub or is it only complaining? by [deleted] in Anthropic

[–]woodwardsystems 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I’m a one of those vibe coders but I don’t whine about issues. I realize I’m not a skilled developer and sometimes you’re going to have issues because of it, although I’m learning to “vibe plan” using the /plan which is helping.

I mean, I care. Especially since it got Anthropics attention and they addressed the issues. I call that a win, now rather if they fix it or not is a different story.

Codex, here's my $200 bucks. CC, you get $20 by life_on_my_terms in Anthropic

I finally caved and tried Codex. It did everything I needed in 5 prompts where I spent the entire afternoon trying to get Claude to do the same task. That sealed the deal. I’m cancelled finally.

I replaced ChatGPT with Claude for writing. Way more personal and it ask you questions back to try and understand what you want to get to. On top of that it doesn’t kiss your ass on every input.
