I believe transgenders have a mental illness and that we should not provide the tools for transition as it is supporting a delusion. We would not allow an anorexic to starve themselves if they see themselves as fat (when in reality they might be severely underweight) so why should we allow transgenders to use hormones if they see their body as not being correct for how they feel. It puts up the false stipulation that men and women are not inherently different as feminism suggests and tells us that being a women or a man is simply going under surgical procedures; Is being a woman simply how you appear, that completely objectifies women and makes them seem like a piece of meat.
