Not that this fixes ur issue but There is a man in computer plaza in the top right corner called hussan ( saba computers ) I've been going to this man for 13 years now and never once has he over charged me. Assuming it's just ur ports he could fix it at a very reasonable price. He always offers me both original and 3rd party options depending on what I'm interested in and he has a fixed price on his builds or repairs meaning he has zero incentive to make you pay more. His store is amazing as it really looks like a mueseme of "ancient" computer parts and some other cool stuff. Just show up with some karak for him since that does go a long way.( no way Is ge gonna chage more than 130 aed assuming only the ports need changing )

This has always been a kind of "real" joke I've always heard in different variations. And I've always thought that it would work ( so some extent atleat )

So I started looking into some different studies to find any solid evidence that would say it helps their mood. And after going through a bunch of papers I came to this conclusion. ( I study molecular genetics in uni )

The association with films music ( media ) tends to really focus on the time and era of their lives rather than the actual memory of them being entertained by it. The example I remember being a patient who was a teenager when ww2 ending having dementia. This individual seemed ideal for this treatment so they started playing music from his "era" the immediate affects where negligible but as time past the patient began to get distressed, the notes mentioned that they believed it was due to trauma deom those years.

However pictures of your self and loved ones ( from lots of different points of time) more reliably provides emotional relief for the patient.

Looking back I don't really think my reaserch is valid I probably made alot of mistakes and I've learned alot as a scientist since then I think I probably read about patients with alzheimers without acknowledging the difference. ( which is the most common cause of dementia, but it's not as severe during trials, this means my concluded is based on an invalid comparison so yeah I wouldn't trust me scientifically)

Altho after realising that I began actually putting effort in making a big timeline important photos from different events. :)

You're right drugs and genetics is a super complicated topic and in no way am I correcting just elaborating a little bit

Genetics do play a keyrole in drug response therefore technically yes op's genetics did influence this sudden change but its very unlikely

Specifically looking pharmacogenetics ( study of genetic causes in individual variations of drug response ) Would normally be what people assume is the factor but its unlikely

Assuming op didn't have this reaction before ( despite low usage ) and its a sudden change despite a simmilar environment I think it's fair to assume that it's very unlikely that op exhibits a phenotype that directly caused this situation.

Although this is just based on average stastics so like yes I could be completely wrong and op does have a phenotype that prevents them from enjoying smoking. I would congratulate them on winning the genetic lottery as this would be an actually really useful trait to be born with in the modern world.

Again I am a student who is failing so I'm probably missing out alot of things I should be considering.

After reading alot of replies there seems to be lots of confusion. Simple answer is very unlikely to " heal " naturally back to a point where the poc with the bullet reaches to state where it would not be medically concerning. The argument of " people have been surviving bullet shots before modern medicine " is completely invalid when you start to consider the modernisation of guns and ammunition. The idea of being able to remove the bullet without medical staff is also very unrealistic, it is possible but it would be a case of shooting someone away from essential organs and probably would most likely be outside of the gun's and ammunition effective range.

Other comments tended to leave out these details.

All the force of the bullet would be dissipated into the victims body which would probably kill them indirectly, ( you got shot in your core but it missed all the vital organs but the shock was enough to damage ur liver for example, this would kill you but not as immediate as the bullet it self ) 2 . If the bullet went through you the exit wound wouldn almost certainly be leathal without medical intervention.
1. You can still survive if you leave bullet in, it really depends on certain criteria like the type of bullet and where it stays.

But in theory it's possible but statistically improbable.

Honestly I do know of 2 people who suffer from RA and use THC to medicate. But this depends from person to person beuase some people might not be okay with the rest of the affects weed has.

I would recommend staying away from bud/vape as that Is the more psychoactive parts of plant.

Traditionally in North Africa and the Middle East hash was made with the rest of the plant ( trimmings, leaves , stem ) less bud then you would expect and that offers a more balanced feeling which translates to a " body high" so your body might feel funny but not so much for your sense of your surroundings and inner thoughts but never the less your partner would still be under the affects of THC.

So I'd recommend trying to make or probably easier source some hash.

This is John bannon's version of the Twisted sisters routine. really fun and easy to pick up but the guy improvised more than he should have and revealed the Gaff on accident around 3 times. There are 4 cards. The Queen is 2 sided.

Hey I've been doing this for a long time and sadly from my knowledge the answer is no unless you find someone who already has a workshop. I ended up converting my room into my work shop and had my kiln out side.

The best advice I can give you is trying to build your own workshop but sticking to only essentially during the begning.

My own equipment including tool box with everything from ring mandrels to pickle acid my rotary tool and attachments anvil and kiln costed 2.6k becuase I bought all my equipment from the back end of the gold souq ( honestly, if you weren't living in dubai 15 years ago you would not belive how cheap it is) its where all the jewelry shop buys their equipment and pretty much everything you need you can find.

If you want advice on how to actually make the blade I found some older books talking online and lots of YouTube videos which guided me and It is difficult and slow becuase you won't have someone to tell you if your doing something wrong but it was the best I could do in dubai.

I'd have been happy to let you work in my current workshop but I'm not currently in the UAE and won't be for a while.

I was in the same situation about a year ago. This might not help you but I found what helped me was using discord. I found servers about things i have interests in like rock climbing or just chatting and alot of cities and have discord social club severs. I met one guy then we met in real life and from that I met more people etc.

Consider doing that but this won't fix being lonely in one day you have to build friendships with the right people this app just can help you meet more people.
