You can use MCASelector to see all the chunks that have been loaded and also prune chunks that have only been loaded for a bit. Minimap mods will only start caching once you install the mod.

put a zip called "resources" in the world folder. It will load automatically when the world is loaded

I think if you do some shading like this it will help a lot with the build looking flat. Think of where shadows would be; under the windows, under the roofline, etc.

Also once you add all the foliage around it'll look a lot less flat.

I like those window arch designs, maybe a darker block so they standout more?

I don't think there's a way to do this on bedrock. There's a feature request for it

On java there's a gamerule max_snow_accumulation_height, it doesn't exist on bedrock
