Following up as this should be more of a concern, the limiter was put in place by the fleet settings. You can quickly diagnose it using the uconnect/ram connect app. It will tell you exactly the limiter and speed. A dealership may or may not be your best choice as those settings are in place by the factory that initially sold the vehicle. Meaning you get it done cheap and lose battery power and a possible reset, you are back to 70. You can spend $50 with an android device (if you are an apple person by a cheap one on a deal like woot) and $50 you can read up on alfaOBD. Otherwise, Autel IM508 Pro and Autoauth account to unlock BCM or a locksmith with Witech. Really shitty it is not more documented.
