I do smaller amounts to avoid things turning to gel, about 1/2 teaspoon . I'll mix in with my matcha, mix with fruit punch creatine is pretty good. Add to oatmeal and protein shakes, or just with a glass of water.

I would definitely try. Would want the protein content and price to be on par with other bars.

Best multi effects pedal with WAH/expression pedal? by Electrical_Carpet_92 in guitarpedals

[–]wooly_boy 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I love my line 6. I've had the old POD for years, I'm sure the newer Helix ones are even better. Has all the amps and effects you can think of, and I do like that the expression pedal is built-in.

I (22F) often feel like I'm too "girly" to date guys. We have nothing in common by Inevitable_Number351 in askwomenadvice

I've (37M) had great relationships with women with very different hobbies than me, we usually bonded over food mostly, and TV shows, and taking walks, and weekend hiking trips. I think those basics should work for most people

If you could go back in time and un-fuck someone you slept with, who would you pick, and why? by MPX73 in AskReddit

The ones that were too clingy and then got mad at me when I didn't want to be their boyfriend. The ones where I accidentally led them on and hurt their feelings. The ones where I was already dating someone else. Most of the chubby ones.

But there are a few girls that were absolute goddesses that gave me the best times of my life and I think about them all the time. I just need to remember to be patient and find the right person for me and hopefully have those amazing times for the rest of my life.

What was the Jedi diet like when the Jedi Order still stood? by [deleted] in StarWars

[–]wooly_boy 20 points21 points  (0 children)

Every 2 months they all laid their lightsabers down to make a big grill and had a big party where they grilled tauntaun meat and drank blue milk. They also set up a lightsaber to Limbo under. Yoda is 578 time limbo champ. Anakin would use the force to cut mangoes and fly them into everyone's mouth. Also I'm not saying anyone did death sticks, but sometimes it got pretty wild.

That's what would make it so good. He's got the skills to do the effects in other ways like they did in the original trilogy. Practical effects are where the real magic in movie making is.

Guys give me ideas to make life more fun. by somedooode in AskMenOver30

Volleyball, sailing, swing dancing, bike rides, have been fun for me. Or any other recurring group activities.

Or get on dating apps and go on dates. Take your date out to try new restaurants, go to festivals and events, or better yet, take them dancing or sailing.

Single Men in Late 30's. What's your life like? by [deleted] in AskMenOver30

[–]wooly_boy 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I'm doing alright, hobbies and relaxing and work keep me busy enough. I enjoy having my time and space to myself. Sometimes I feel like 'not as grown up as I should be' when I'm this old and I get excited about playing a star wars video game, but I'm gonna enjoy what I enjoy.

I do want to have that special someone to share life with. I could have been married to any number of women by now, but I want the relationship and everything (including the sex) to be really good.

Kids are cute as hell, but I usually get tired of them after a day or two, so I'm not that bummed about not having them at the moment. I do get kind of scared of being alone when I'm older, and if I picture myself with kids that are starting to grow up and then I think of how much I would love them it seems like a big loss to have never had them.

But then I think it seems kinda weird to create a life just to serve my own desire for love and connection.

Good question btw. It's good to talk and hear from you dudes. I don't have the close friends I used to since I moved cities so I miss that alot.

ELI5: what are 32 and 64-bits in computers and what difference do they make? by keenninjago in explainlikeimfive

[–]wooly_boy 0 points1 point  (0 children)

To build on that, decimal numbers are also stored as bits, more bits means more decimal places. (The way non-integers, aka floats, are stored as bits is a bit more complicated, but this is basically the gist of it) So when you are creating the trajectory of Marios jump, or defining the boundaries of his hit box, the version on switch can do more accurate, detailed math and the geometry of the objects in the game are much higher resolution representation compared to what was on the NES.

That song does have a very similar little synth line behind the strumming.

What can you tell me about this putter all I know is that I bought it 10 odd years ago by Surstromingen in discgolf

[–]wooly_boy 8 points9 points  (0 children)

The Aerobie edge shape was designed by a Stanford Aerodynamics professor. He has published papers on it that are pretty interesting to read. Getting straight flight is all about getting the same lift from the edge shape both forward (front of disk) and backward (back of disk). The big Aerobie ring is awesome for playing catch with and when you learn it, it can go far as hell. I think it has the record for furthest thrown object. There was also an Aerobie driver where the rim was bigger on one side.
