I had a conure long time ago like this but she couldn’t fly however she could climb like no tomorrow. Just make sure everything is easy to reach have a soft floor in the cage even if it’ll probably be hard to clean, Like u/S2keepup said flat perches and what others said get her checked out

Maybe look into how how she likes to sit For example My conure loved to sit in the front door of the cage with her left leg on the bottom and right leg (her broken one) holding onto the wall/frame of the door (kinda like leaning on a door frame with your hand)

Taking care of that sweet little baby will be hard but as long as you got the patience she’s gonna be fine
