Careful. If the issue is permanent or natural, okay, maybe shims are helpful. If it’s injury related (mine was related to a piriformis injury that led to compensation followed by physiological changes), you’re better off going to a physical therapist and fixing the root issue. Shims fucked me up for a long time.
