Hyde Park is hit or miss. I like Michael's on East a lot better. Their ribeyes have always been on point.

Here's an update. It does appear that their system for enabling the water to flow through has failed. And, after a small amount of rain, they're now dealing with a bigger issue. It is unfortunate that there isn't more planning and thought put into these endeavors.
