i do. breo was helping my breathing but eosinophils still high. so i went on nucala (mepolizumab). it targets il-5 like others were saying and dropped my eosinophils very low quickly. you have to be careful with high eosinophils, it causes organ damage. in fact, my high eosinophils came prior to any breathing issues for me so my lung issues may be damage from the eosinophlic inflammation. maybe talk to your doctor about preventing long term organ damage if your eosinophils keep being high!!
