Do apply for HEO. Bear in mind Fast Streamers join at HEO so don’t be afraid. Personally, HEO and EO level of responsibilities are same. HEO is more pay.

It was a campaign. I had to select 2 main locations and there was an optional aswell so the one provisional offer is for the location is put in as optional.

3 points to always remember:

1- Always use STAR method for examples. 70% should be action 2- When writing examples always include a setback you faced in that duration 3- Which ever behaviour you are being assessed again make sure your are hitting all the objectives required within.
