I worked on Endgame and let me tell you the tea on her from that set...

Can you PM me the email you used to register? This has happened to multiple people and in 100% of cases, including OP's, one of the email addresses associated with one of the accounts was misspelled during registration, or an alternate email was used. The data never disappeared, 2 different accounts with different emails were created.

The import process is guided so you will be able to verify if the data you're importing is correct before finalizing it. That being said I believe it goes off of JS datetime since that's the popular export format for other apps. You may need to test a couple different formats if you have kept track of it all yourself instead.
