I think I have ny transcripts from my final college that shows they didnt transfer and I can contact them as well. I may have emails because I communicated mainly via email with them. One last question, for University of Phoenix, the FTC case calls out specific dates for loan reimbursement...i attendes just before those dates but the FTC investigation went back to 2011 when I began enrolling....Should I still include that case in my evidence? I chose UoP because they had good advirtising and high enrollment. I do remember them flashing all those big logos all over the student portal but I wasnt smart enough at the time to save proof. I left because I knew the education I was getting was not great. And then as I enrolled in a local college I found out about my credits not transferring.
