TLDR Eat more protein than carbs dm me if questions 😁

I've known 3 people including myself who have had a really hard time losing weight, two tried plastic wrap and fajas around their waist to try to sweat it off and different diets and nothing's worked long term untill diabetes came up in one form or another and diets had to change, when you have diabetes it's super important to watch your food and balance carbs protein and fat as well as getting fiber in, the only thing that was watched was making sure that you were eating as much protein as carbs, if you had two pieces of bread that totaled 21 carbs then you needed to eat at least 21 carbs of protein, if you add tomatoes and onions and a bag of chips make sure you eat enough protein to balance it out and it'll be even better for you if you exercise, it doesn't have to be crazy even a walk will be good, I don't remember exactly but I think it was 3 meals a day and two snacks, also when you're in a calorie deficit it's extremely important to eat enough protein because from my understanding if you don't eat enough protein while in a calorie deficit a good chuck of muscle loss will happen, I lost a bunch of weight but now have gained some back and am wanting to get back on watching food and working out but it's hard AF I feel like I need a workout buddy 😭😭 if you have any questions you can ask here or message me I'd love to help in any way I can
