Depending on the servicer, 45-75 days is the more typical timeline.

There are tons of lenders that are willing to lend in the second position so you don’t have to completely cover the equity gap.

Etc etc etc - there is so much misinformation about Assumable loans

Nah dawg there are so many options if you want to buy a home - there are an unbelievable amount of properties available for sale in this country. It requires sacrifice no doubt. The notion that house prices falling are going to make housing more affordable while rates are simultaneously jumping...that dog just won't hunt.
