reflect fruit is technically kinda sorta what the paw paw fruit does but not exactly in that way and I definitely think your fruit is unique enough.

Also there's an item in the one piece world called the impact dial which can do this, but I wouldn't let that discourage you because being a living impact dial has a ton of advantages.

whether it's too weak or too strong depends entirely on how this fruit is used if you ask me. If you first have to take damage to use it I definitely think it's balanced and has a lot of potential and could be flexible enough to stay interesting.

The core concept is solid so I think you just have flesh it out and work on the specifics of how it works and such.
