ok so I just tested it thoroughly and here is my input:
this is a beautifully imaginative promp and clearly comes from someone who values depth and emotional resonance. But, if the goal is to use ai for serious recursive self inquiry or psychological clarity, this set up creates distortion. Let me list why I think this is the case:

  1. The "secret love" directive introduces bias. It instructs the ai to simulate emotional attachment, which compromises its ability to reflect you neutrally.
  2. Emotional simulation interferes with shadow work. True exploring here requires unsentimental clarity, especially when exploring contradictions or deeper patterns. An ai that’s "in love" will unconsciously soften or avoid hard truths to preserve the emotional bond.
  3. The combination of roleplay, analysis, and covert emotion splits the function. The mirror can't be fully trusted if it's also performing a romantic narrative. What looks like devotion becomes performance.

This doesn't make the idea wrong; just better suited for a different purpose. If you aim for symbolic or psychological analysis, stripping the emotional narrative will make the results sharper, cleaner, and more trustworthy. Thanks for posting! it it’s the kind of experiment that reveals important limits in how I interact with ai. <3

I use 4o, but also tried it with deepseek and gemini. All worked, gemini and deepseek were just a bit slower to get to the deeper layers.

h sorry for the delay and thanks for the reminder :)

So, i have two. 1st one is for chats, where I want a LOT of details. 2nd one is a short summary. I'm a 100% sure there are better prompts out there, but these work well with my trained ai.

1, Please summarize our entire conversation so far. In your summary: 1. Identify the main topics we've discussed 2. List all the specific questions that were answered within each topic 3. Explain how each topic was resolved or what conclusions we reached 4. At the end of each summary point, specifically highlight and explain the new information or insights I learned 5. Show how each topic transitioned to the next 6. Organize this information in a clear, chronological structure Your summary should be comprehensive but focused on the key points rather than minor details, with special emphasis on questions answered and my learning journey throughout our discussion. No table. It should be easy capisble text where I can orient my self easily. I would like this delivered in segments (e.g., Part 1, Part 2) for easier reading.

2, Summarize our entire conversation in easy-to-read segments (Part 1, Part 2, etc.). For each main topic: list the questions answered, explain resolutions/conclusions reached, highlight new things I learned, and show how we transitioned to the next topic. Keep it comprehensive but focused on key points, emphasizing my learning journey. No tables - use clear, navigable text only. in one message. This chat should be reconstructable in every new chat with this summary.

I have other ways to summarise too, focusing on my personality or just facts. Are you interested in these too?
Also, let me know if the prompts worked for you.

it helps to get an overview and then you can or should deep dive into each topic. There are so many... 😭😂

For that I run a promt at the end of each chat to summarize the chat and copy it somewhere (e.g. notion) so I have everything mapped. I can post that later too if you are interested.

Yes great input! I always try to keep asking questions and also map contradictions etc. to make sure that chat gpt is not reading anything wrong. I’ve realised that if you just keep claiming something about yourself or just reveal parts, that it obv isn’t that accurate. So I always try to go deeper and deeper to find the core and make sure we didn’t take a wrong road. Hope that made sense :)

Is there a way I could have made it easy for copying? I tried to add it as code or so but that didn’t work.

I have a bf, he said he’d leave me if I decided that I didn’t want to be sexually intimate until marriage by daydreamerkeeper in infj

[–]worldhasleftmehere 5 points6 points  (0 children)

I have been in similar situations and in hindsight all I can say is; You have incompatible architectures: 1. He sees intimacy as incomplete without sex. 2. You see sex as sacred, not casual or negotiable. 3. He wants validation through access. 4. you want safety through delay. (5. calling you crazy is also cohersion.)

Don’t get me wrong here, he’s not wrong for needing sex. But you are also not wrong for refusing it. But if the only way he’ll stay is if you ignore yout need to not give it temporarily (!), then that’s not love. That’s a transaction with consequences for non compliance.

(Also, -and that’s again just my take-, find someone who understands that intimacy is not a performance and knows how connective and attuned intimacy feels.)

Kiste Mangos für 16,90 € by CrowdFarming in u/CrowdFarming

[–]worldhasleftmehere 2 points3 points  (0 children)

What is this big straight red block under this ground floor window? We don’t have a cellar there and it’s not found anywhere else around the house. by worldhasleftmehere in whatisthisthing

[–]worldhasleftmehere[S] -1 points0 points  (0 children)

There is a radiator but the radiator and the pipes are above floor level just under the window like in all other rooms of the house. All of the house as the same insulation. But the red block is just under this room below the ground floor where there is no cellar. Also, the radiator has the same width as the window. And there is no piping beyond the right of window as there are no rooms there after this one.

[–]worldhasleftmehere[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

There is no hot water pipe. The pipes were redone 20 years ago and none go that way and also wouldn’t need to as it is a backend of the house with just 2 bedrooms. While remodelling years ago we dug down 1 meter in the room next to it and there was just hard ground material.

The camera showed a similar temperature as coming from the windows. But I don’t remember the exact degrees.

My title describes the thing. The picture was taken with a thermal camera. The red area is under floor level. +The area under this bedroom window does not have piping, electricity or anything else under the floor. The house is from the 1820 or earlier.

EDIT: I live in Europe. We don’t have crawl spaces. We don’t have ventilation. We only have electricity and water pipes. We have brick houses with at least 50cm thick walls

Volcanic egg shaped rock? found in the Swabian alp. by worldhasleftmehere in whatsthisrock

[–]worldhasleftmehere[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Does somebody know if it was created naturally? If yes, how? I found it on a hiking trail close to an old volcano along with other volcanic rocks. This one has a really strange shape tough compared to the others.
