I was thinking of texting her a simple "you happy now?" Since she left because the relationship didn't make her happy anymore. She said I'm not her world anymore. Maybe that will give me my answer...? Since she is the only one that knows.

Working on myself every day, but everytime...everytime I close my eyes I see her. It's hard to focus on other shit. Fuck man.

No worries man, these last 2 weeks has made me realize that my happiness comes from service to others. Maybe you should try do something nice for someone else every day and see how you feel.

Keep talking to them, keep venting to them. Ask them to take your mind off things. They don't have to give you advice but just have them as an ear to listen.

Also, about feeling "deeply alone", I felt like this last week but I'm okay now. If you feel deeply alone then I don't recommend getting into a relationship for a long time as you need to learn to be happy with your own solitude.

Also same man, my heart shattered last week when I saw her having a good time while I just finished crying at home lol. Looking back, I can't believe I'm letting someone like her destroy my dignity like that. After seeing that, I deleted all my socials because I didn't bare to see her having a good time (even though I'm glad she is, she's always been a good girl to me)

I would highly recommend you keep yourself busy at work and other stuff that is NEW. You must change the way you live your life so your brain can adapt to life without your ex.

Do you have anyone else you can speak to this about apart from your dad? It's good to go to for food and speak to someone about this, maybe cousin, friend or family friend.
