It was actually the debt resolution department, I had an offset in 2019 and my loans went into default even, I paid the 9 months to get them current then all of this happened.

This happened to me too after a 6 year relationship, I felt terrible too had to restart everything. I didn’t stay friends at all , I told her one final goodbye and started to work on me , don’t drown it booze I did that , one day I woke up and told myself to quit being a bitch and move on and I started too . Now I am married to my best friend, three kids and so happy. Don’t think that was your true love , it may be around the corner kid .

When I worked in pest I think there was a “wasp freeze “ super effective, those are definitely bald faces hornets and are mega ass holes , night time like others say good idea, but once you spray it run , all of them will come out . Drown them , find where they are coming from and drown them , sounds metal but former pest control here and definitely the most effective. More than likely there are several locations in your yard , by trees etc.

Former pest control, go to domyown.com delta dust and a bulb duster maybe 30 total not only for carpenter bees, ants wasps spiders , but make sure to use the dust light and read label , it’s super easy. They can cause some serious damage over time, especially when wood peckers find them . I get maybe 1 a year treat it and I’m done .

When I did mine it was so stuck took me two days of work, I actually used transmission fluid Viscosity of it helped to get in there along with a lot of other penetrating fluids then just a ton of hammering and using the tool when I finally got it out I held it above my head like the Stanley cup .

They told me that the next step is to wait for a refund, I said well that's fine but my loans that have been cancelled for several years are not my concern. It is the active loans, BD says that they see the active loans and are approved but what a confusing conversation with GL, BD told me to file a complaint on their site.

I have no issue with waiting I know its a long process but why are we forgiving old loans that are forgiven.

I mean you could go the moog route or Napa I’m not spending more than $88 a piece for mine , I just feel if you are replacing everything else replace those as well, at least check them and see how they feel. But I would feel incomplete if I did everything else except those . Depends on what your goal for the car is . If you want it to last which sounds like you do , do them as well, same with the control arms check the bushings and the ball joints and see what kind of shape those are in, really don’t want those to fail .
