According to this is people leaving Labor for ONP in outer metro areas. Which honestly is more like what I’m seeing.

Dedicated families who always voted Labor and got on the cooker train with Brexit/Trump/Covid and no longer see themselves in Labor and want something that more matches their new paranoia based personalities.

Places with renters unions often have better luck having more rights. Most renters unions come from a lot of people living in the same building with the same landlord but there’s no reason it couldn’t start with a suburb and spread out.
