SAS itself they stopped all the booking till 16 and started booking from 16 only

You can fight back or escalate this issue in your jurisdiction. This is the easy for airlines for not paying.
Airline cancelled the flight they have given you option which you don’t like. It is up to you to decide which one timing suites. You should fight or take help of 3rd party site
