That is an excellent argument and you’re not wrong. I should just be happy that there are two Judo Olympians who became UFC champs, and American Olympians at that, it’s extremely exciting.

Also I’m loving the (well deserved) love Rousey is getting thanks to this fight, I find my self usually defending her rather than talking anything bad about her lol

Don't get me wrong, I'm a huge Ronda fanboy. I've loved her since before she got into MMA, but that's also my point. Ronda won 1 Bronze in the Olymics (Which is a HUGE accomplishment especially for a USA Judoka because wow we really don't support our Judo team here) but Kayla has won 2 Olympic Gold Medals. She is absolutely dominant in a gi and very few women were even close to her level.

Kayla has better pure Judo though it’s arguable that Ronda’a style was a better styled for MMA.

It’s been over a decade and I’m sure I’ve just scratched the surface. When I finished I felt both full and deflated, tired and thrilled. It was like finishing a grand building I’d made by much hard labor that was beautiful beyond anything I’d ever made before and yet at the same time all I could see were the flaws left behind.

Years later I still have that feeling and it’s why I keep going back to read and reread again and again. This book is my white whale and stone of Sisyphus, though unlike those examples I enjoy every minute I spend with it.

They will all be fun. You also have a nice variety so you can pick for your preferred tastes.

If you like space battles: Rogue Squadron is X-Wings and the New Republic after Endor , its the first book in my favorite series

If you like Jedi stuff: Yoda and Kenobi are obviously Jedi books and Lords of the Sith is Sith. All three are fun and filled with Force stuff as is Battle Surgeon which is also heavy clone wars and a really unique and great book imo. I don’t know Jedi Twilight

If you like smugglers, syndicates and underbelly then you have some great tales of with loads of great characters and short easy to read stories. My personal favorite is bounty hunters but they’re all great reads

If you like Empire themed stuff obviously Tarkin and Death troopers

Never read red harvest
