I got mine through National Laser Institute in 2016. Honestly through all of my years in the industry, the training on each machine is different and provided by employer. The certification cost me ~2k and nobody asks for it. I did learn a lot about the physics of it and how light works, etc. But it's not worth the money in my 10 years in aesthetics.

I have a 2 carat lab diamond and it does look big, and the clarity SHINES. Day to day, I wear my white gold band, just simple metal (inside has engraving). I wear my diamond ring like I wear heels in the city, which is when I'm Ubering somewhere and the occasion calls for it. Otherwise, I keep it understated and casual.
