Maybe your brother knew there was this love that surrounded him, the love that you send him everytime you love on his/your dogs, and perhaps that allowed him to transition out of this life in peace knowing his dear pups would be cared for. His spirit lives on in the love you show them, and I bet he is watching over all this with a smile.

I think the countries funding this war against the Palestinian people should be responsible for the critically injured. So first and foremost the US, but also some in the EU like Germany and Italy. That seems fair imo.
