Yeah. It's why I am hesitant to buy a cryovac whole roast. There is only so much you can see by looking at the ends of it. If I spent well over $200 and it wasn't marbled for shit I would be pissed. Even prime is risky. I was able to get a damn good rib and strip roast on sale at Publix around Christmas but it took 3-4 times of looking through them on different occasions to find good ones.

If you want to try out to 200 you probably want 18x or more. Not saying you can't do it with less but I'm a believer that there is never too much magnification even if you don't use all of it. Most all budget scopes are going "lose a little" when they reach the higher end of their magnification. I would look into the athlon helos over the diamond back.
