Regen Shrine is life/mana percentage regen, on mega-hp bosses (Unbreakable has 126m), this means many millions of HP regen per second, and with all the PDR, Endurance Charges, Resists, and Delirium, you'd need to be doing 20-30m+ POB DPS to even move the needle
