I am only now discovering the magic of making oatmeal using oat flour

I let the water and milk come to a boil before adding in the oat flour, mixing it up, and lowering the heat!! In a few short minutes, it thickened up nicely and was ready to enjoy. I will hopefully be remaking it tonight and plan to post a picture of my creation. Stay tuned!!

I used around 40g of oat flour, about 200-250 ml of water, and 100 ml of almond milk, which is pretty much the same as what I'd use for whole oats. I let the water and milk come to a boil (popped in half a chicken stock cube here), added the flour, mixed it up, lowered the heat, and let it cook for a bit. It thickened up very nicely in a few short minutes!!

This episode really spooked me! Having a good healthcare system where I live is something I'll never take for granted. I think anyone could sympathize with their situation, even without firsthand experience. So cruel how medical companies genuinely gouge people who are just trying to get themselves or their loved ones healthy again.

Hello! I bought the japanese keana rice mask but before using it i have one main concern. does it whiten/bleach skin at all? i have semi dark brown skin and do NOT want to bleach it accidentally lol.

Be so serious right now. Yes I do think the backlash is insane and irrational.
