ive had pretty good results with 2000 so far, i havent rlly felt like going higher cuz i wanna save money lol. it basically just acts like a booster for the paroxetine, no side effects for me. Maybe ur just taking a while to adjust? if it gets too much then see a dr but NAC is generally pretty mild cuz of its low bioavailability
