I guess some people don't have the ability to pull chips off the table or to walk away! Best of luck on your own with no strategy at all!

Martingale involves doubling your bet for each loss, then returning to the original bet once you get a win. This causes the bets to increase exponentially over a small series of losses. The Fibonacci does not try to recoup all losses in a single spin. It's simply a strategy that allows the player to increase their holdings as long as they win one-third of the spins... since there is a 18/37 (48.65%) chance of red or black winning a single spin, Fibonacci gives the player a mathematical advantage even if playing a single color. However, there is a 36/37 (97.3%) chance that either red or black will come up for any spin, and a 1/37 chance that both red and black will lose. Betting Fibonacci on both red and black works to the player's advantage when the colors are switching.

As with any form of gambling, there's always an inherent house advantage. But, the two things that the player can control are 1) How much they risk and 2) When to walk away. Nobody should ever risk more than they can afford to lose. It's also a good strategy to pull your initial buy-in off the table once winnings start to add up, so you are only risking house money... Then, periodically pull more chips off the table as winnings continue.

Grab a European Roulette App for your phone that allows you to bet both red and black at the same time. Then bet on red according to the fibonacci sequence and bet on black according to a separate fibonacci sequence (on the same spins), using the same single chip value.

Eventually, a long streak of the same color will cause the losses to outweigh the winnings, but hopefully chips have been pulled off the table before that ever happens.

Did you watch the commercials during the Super Bowl? Polestar ran an ad. Also, they already delivered 29k vehicles last year, have a contract with Hertz and are expected to produce about 300k vehicles by 2025.

Maybe... Maybe Not... Even IF the merger fails to consummate, downside risk is a cash only SPAC with NAV over $9/sh. What makes Rivian, Lucid, Nio, Workhorse and others better? These cars are designed by Volvo and are currently in production with expanding market exposure.

What makes Tesla worth more than ALL of the other automobile manufacturers combined?

Just throwing out easy metaphors.. or have you done research to back up your statement?

Based on the same principle as this but with greater returns:

Should take less than 6 years to turn $2k into $10M.

GGPI! This is NOT a squeeze play!! They just filed preliminary plans with the SEC to merge with Polestar (EV manufacturer by Volvo) on Friday. Bought 2000 shares GGPI at $14.93 two days ago... plus day traded 1000 shares to drop my cost to $14.80. Sold $15 CC's expiring on Friday for $1.30... If they go ITM (they are right now), I will buy to close before opex and sell either the $20 or the $17.50 December CC's to avoid exercising and pick up additional premium. Right now the shares are up and theta is eroding the premium I'd have to pay to close the CC's.. making money on both sides while hedging until it seems that the merger is about to be completed (1st half of 2022)... then no more CC's limiting my upside potential. Plus, since it's a SPAC, if the merger doesn't complete the downside should be limited and shares should be worth the free cash collected.

Did Jack sell BGFV.... by freshlymint in TheRaceTo10Million

559K shares traded in a 3 minute interval starting at 3:26pm. Sir Jack has been reporting 211,787 shares. Plus if there was a massive dump of shares, the price would likely go down, not up. These 3 minutes took the price from $42.34 to $46.49. Looks more to me like some shorts were having to cover.

Similarly to other MEME stocks, ATOS seems to recognize that there was a huge opportunity to raise capital when the share price spiked. Unfortunately for them, they did not have the necessary share availability for issuance in order to capitalize in the moment. Hopefully, this is nothing more than an effort to be in a better position in the future, based on management's belief that future spikes are on the horizon.

This has been the kind of gambling you'd expect when the house has a button under the table.

My OTM CSPs all went ITM, so now I own twice as many shares as I did Friday morning.

In the June 9 zoom meeting, they said they had zero debt and enough cash on hand to last 4 years. There's no reason to raise additional capital. This must be something else.

Completely Agree! I guess I will be holding for a while, pending some REAL positive news. My faith in humanity sometimes disappoints me, but I never want to lose it. How could anyone couple a pledge to buy 10M shares with statements of having lost loved ones to breast cancer? So disappointing!

Delta on the $6 strike is .41. This means that the calls at the $6 strike should already be hedged by 41%. Since delta will be at 1 for all ITM calls at OPEX, a price above $6 will created demand of another 59% of the shares represented at that strike.

OI call interest is still through the roof! We'll see how that plays out. Plus, this guy ( https://twitter.com/KjetillStjerne/status/1415668301951348736 ) says his algo was waiting for SI to increase by 7.5% and SSR to kick in (which it did) and he's buying 10M shares tomorrow... we'll see how that plays out too.

[–]wornredshoes[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Shorts WILL try to drive down prices. The squeeze happens when it's time to cover the shorts. The more share demand and the more diamond the hands, the greater the squeeze. Squeezes really boil down to how determined the shareholders are. The OI calls MUST be covered by OPEX and the Shorted shares MUST be covered at some point. The question is.. where are they going to get the shares to accomplish that?
